1. Who we are

READY FOR CABIN ("we", "us") provides independent online education and interview preparation for people applying for cabin crew roles. READY FOR CABIN is owned and operated by Nalita Rocha. You can contact the operator at hello@readyforcabin.com.

2. Independence and no airline affiliation

We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways or any other airline. Airline names are used only descriptively, to identify which application journey a preparation track is aimed at. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We do not publish official, confidential or leaked recruitment material.

3. No job guarantee

We are not a recruitment agency. We do not process applications, forward candidate details to airlines, or influence selection decisions. Nothing on this platform is a promise of employment, an interview invitation or any specific recruitment outcome.

4. Educational content only

All questions, scenarios and explanations are original practice material representing our own view of good practice. Airline requirements and selection processes differ and change over time. Always rely on the official information published by the airline you are applying to. The content is not legal, medical, immigration or employment advice.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for a single individual. Sharing access credentials, or reselling or redistributing our content, is not permitted.

6. Purchase, price and access

Premium is sold as a single one-time purchase: $14.90 USD — one-time payment. Visitors purchasing from India are offered a regional price of ₹799 INR — one-time payment; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Lifetime access means access for as long as we operate the platform, with no subscription and no renewal. One purchase unlocks every preparation track available to Premium users, including additions we make to those tracks.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Access is granted only after our payment provider confirms a successful payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy and to any statutory rights that apply to you. Where a refund is issued, Premium access is revoked.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this platform is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it for your own preparation. Copying, republishing, scraping, training models on, or commercially exploiting the content is not permitted.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or attack the service, submit unlawful content, or use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or reorganise content and features. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date on this page.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any recruitment outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your mandatory consumer rights.
