Who controls your data

Nalita Rocha, owner and operator of READY FOR CABIN, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@readyforcabin.com.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name.
• Purchase data: the payment status, identifiers returned by our payment provider, amount, currency and the email used at checkout. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Learning data: quiz attempts, selected answers and module progress, so you can resume and track improvement.
• Technical data: standard server logs needed for security and reliability.

The free 7-question readiness test requires no account. Those answers are stored in your own browser and are not sent to our servers.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, to verify your purchase and grant lifetime access, to save your training progress, to provide support, to comply with accounting and legal obligations, and to prevent abuse and fraud.

3. Analytics and consent

Measurement events (such as starting the free test or completing a purchase) are only recorded after you accept analytics in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics events are recorded. No third-party advertising or measurement identifier is configured unless and until it is disclosed here.

4. Who processes data for us

Our hosting and database provider stores your account, purchase and progress data. Our payment provider, Stripe, processes payments and card data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with airlines.

5. Retention

Account, entitlement and progress data are kept while your account exists. Purchase and transaction records are kept for as long as legal and accounting rules require, even after an account is deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can change your name and password in your settings, and contact us to request access or deletion. Deleting your account also removes your Premium access.

7. Security

Access to your data is enforced at the database level with owner-scoped rules, Premium authorisation is verified on the server, and payment credentials are never held in frontend code. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The platform is intended for adults preparing for professional recruitment and is not directed at children.
